These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PlanPot, an iOS meal planning application ("the App") developed by Anne-Laure Legoeuil ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlanPot. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PlanPot for your personal, non-commercial meal planning purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App or any part of it.
PlanPot includes an AI-powered recipe import feature that operates on a credit system. The following rules apply:
All purchases — including the premium unlock and credit packs — are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
If you believe a purchase was made in error, you may request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple's decision on refund requests is final.
Certain features of PlanPot are available only to users who have purchased the premium unlock ("Premium"). Premium is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks features for the account associated with your Apple ID. Premium status is non-transferable and cannot be shared between Apple ID accounts.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove premium features in future versions of the App. We will not remove core features that were available at the time of your purchase without reasonable notice.
You agree to use PlanPot only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to PlanPot — including the AI import feature — at any time and without prior notice or justification, if we reasonably believe you are:
Termination of access does not entitle you to a refund of any purchased credits or the premium unlock. In the event of termination due to abuse, no compensation will be provided.
PlanPot allows you to create recipes, ingredient lists, and meal plans ("Your Content"). Your Content is stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to Your Content.
You retain full ownership of Your Content. By using the AI import feature, you grant us a temporary, limited right to transmit recipe text or images to our processing infrastructure (Cloudflare and Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating the import result. This processing is transient — no recipe content is retained by us after processing is complete.
PlanPot integrates with the following third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and policies:
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
PlanPot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. The AI recipe import feature produces results based on automated processing and may contain inaccuracies — always verify ingredient quantities and instructions before preparing food.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PlanPot, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of credits, or any harm resulting from following AI-generated recipe content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be noted in the App Store release notes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
